Welcome to the website for the Champlain Regional Stroke Program.
The goal of the Champlain Regional Stroke Program is to ensure that the residents of the Champlain region have access to the highest quality stroke care in Canada. Our region has many national and regional institutions that can be leveraged together to make dramatic improvements in the way stroke care is delivered. We are committed to working with our partners to improve stroke care across the health care continuum through research, education, and application of best practices.
